A seasoned and certified Microfinance practitioner, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, and a Post Graduate Degree in Financial Management (PGD), also from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. Kingsley has a Masters in Business Administration degree from the prestigious Business school of Netherlands.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Kingsley trained with Ayo Ajayi-Obe & Co and Coker Isa & Co (London) and had a brief stint with Professional Solutions Limited, a world bank accredited IT consulting outfit.
He has over 20 years’ post-graduation work experience including 11 years in microfinance industry and worked in Marketing, Business Development and Credit and Risk departments. Kingsley joined CIT MFB in August 2014 as the Head of Business Development, before appointment as Managing Director/CEO on 4th June, 2018.
Oludayo is a finance expert, an Accounting graduate from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State. He has vast knowledge and experiences in Accounting and financial management in various sectors of the nations’ economy which cut across Banking, Security and valuable protection etc.
His passion for financial analysis brought him to CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd where he rose to become Head of Finance. Oludayo is a member Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria, member Nigeria institute of Management (Chartered).
Adebiyi Adewale is an Accounting graduate from the Polytechnic, Ibadan. Before joining CIT Microfinance Bank in 2014 as Assistant Head of Audit/Internal Control, the seasoned banker has worked in various institutions as Internal Auditor including Integrated Microfinance bank and a manufacturing company.
He has over thirteen years experience and is a member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and also a student member of ACCA.
An Associate member of Cisco, he is a graduate of Computer Science, Maths and Statistics from the Polytechnic, Ibadan. Before joining CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd, he worked at different OFI’s which includes Integrated Microfinance Bank Ltd (IMFB), Touchgold Microfinance Bank Ltd and Finatrust Microfinance Bank Ltd.
He has over Eleven years experience in the banking industry and presently the Head, Information Technology.
Olawole Temitope Olanrewaju is a graduate of Business Administration from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Bagged MBA in General Management from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. He started his banking career with the then NBM Bank about 17 years ago with NBM Bank. NBM Bank Latter came together in 2006 to form Sterling Bank Plc.
He had a stint of Administrative work and Human resources before becoming a marketer along the line. Managed a couple of branches before he exited in 2011. He later joined CIGL Group in 2014 as a Trade Finance marketer and later was redeployed to its Microfinance subsidiary, and presently the Assistant General Manager of the Bank.He is happily married with children.
Michael Abegunde is a seasoned banker with over 11 year’s cognate experience across commercial and Microfinance banking sectors. He began his career with Wema Bank Plc, where he gained vital exposure to transactions processing, cash management, funds transfer and other retail banking operations.
As Head of the Operations and management team of Purple Money Microfinance Bank Limited, Michael drove the operational success by leveraging on the IT solutions to simplify the transaction processing and also built the POS transactions of the bank from turnover of less than N100,000 to N50,000,000 within 2 years.
He is a certified Microfinance banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and holds a Bachelor’s degree and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State University Ojo and Osun State Polytechnic respectively.
He joined CIT Microfinance Bank in 2019 as Head, Banking Operations.
Friday Oteikwu is the Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Capitalfield Investment Group Limited. He joined the Company in November 2019.
He provides advice and counsel to the Company and its Subsidiaries Board of Directors and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Capitalfield, he worked at the law firm of Synergy Law Partnership as Head of Practice between 2015 and 2019.
Oteikwu is a highly motivated and hardworking solicitor with experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law and criminal litigation.
Oteikwu obtained his LLB from the prestigious University of Maiduguri. He went on to obtain his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in February, 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Abudlraheem Dayo Muritala is a seasoned banker; he is a graduate of Business Administration and management studies from Federal Polytechnic, Idah Kogi State. He was a Credit Analyst at Integrated Microfinance Bank before he joined Echo Microfinance bank as Head, Debt Recovery and Remedial Management.
He is a member of Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria and Certified Microfinance Practitioner. He brings his wealth of experience for 15years in Microfinance Bank to bear in his current position as Head, Debt Recovery and Remedial Management of CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Mr. Olamide A. Odunmbaku officially joined CIT MFB June 2021, as the Head of Credit, Risk Management.
He is an astute Credit-Risk professional with over 14 years’ core experience in Credit Analysis and management, Credit Restructuring, financial analysis and interpretation, facility structuring and people management.
Over the years he has acquired various skills which include but not limited to leadership and people management, analytical and problem solving, Risk Management and Credit Administration, effective communication skills and a strong business acumen.
In the course of his professional journey, Mr. Odunmbaku has worked in the following organizations: Integrated Microfinance Bank Limited, Fina Trust Microfinance Bank Limited, Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited, Purplemoney Microfinance Bank Limited, and IBILE Microfinance Bank Limited.
Mr. Odunmbaku is a graduate of Biochemistry from Yaba College of Technology – YABATECH Lagos and holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho Oyo State. He also holds a Certified Professional Diploma (CPD) in Credit Management from Postgraduate School of Credit and Financial Management. Olamide is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN), an Affiliate Member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), a Member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN) and a Certified Microfinance Professional (MCP).
He has undergone the following professional trainings and seminars on; Enterprise-Wide Risk Management for MFBs (FTC/CBN), National Credit Reporting Conference (BDI/CBAN/CBN), Loan Portfolio Management and Debt Recovery Strategies (CRC Credit Bureau Ltd), Portfolio Management and Managing Third Party Risk in Electronic Payment Platforms(NIBBS) amongst others
He is married and blessed with children.
