Kingsley Eremionkhale

Kingsley Eremionkhale | Managing Director

A seasoned and certified Microfinance practitioner he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, and a Post Graduate Degree in Financial Management (PGD), also from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Kingsley trained with Ayo Ajayi-Obe &Co and Coker Isa & Co (London) and had a brief stint with Professional Solutions Limited, a world bank accredited IT consulting outfit.

He has over 20 years post-graduation work experience including 11 years in microfinance industry and worked in marketing and Credit/Risk departments of the Citiserve MFB Ltd and Susu MFB. Kingsley joined CIT MFB in August 2014 as the Head of Business Development before appointment as Managing Director on June,2019.

Adesina Oludayo Samuel | Head, Financial Control

Oludayo is a finance expert, an Accounting graduate from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State. He has vast knowledge and experiences in Accounting and financial management in various sectors of the nations’ economy which cut across Banking, Security and valuable protection etc.

His passion for financial analysis brought him to CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd where he rose to become Head of Finance. Oludayo is a member Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria, member Nigeria institute of Management (Chartered).

Adebiyi Adewale | Head, Internal Control and Audit

Adebiyi Adewale is an Accounting graduate from the Polytechnic, Ibadan. Before joining CIT Microfinance Bank in 2014 as Assistant Head of Audit/Internal Control, the seasoned banker has worked in various institutions as Internal Auditor including Integrated Microfinance bank and a manufacturing company.

He has over thirteen years experience and is a member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and also a student member of ACCA.

Ademola Adeleke | Head, Information Technology

An Associate member of Cisco, he is a graduate of Computer Science, Maths and Statistics from the Polytechnic, Ibadan. Before joining CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd, he worked at different OFI’s which includes Integrated Microfinance Bank Ltd (IMFB), Touchgold Microfinance Bank Ltd and Finatrust Microfinance Bank Ltd.

He has over Eleven years experience in the banking industry and presently the Head, Information Technology.

Tope Olawole | Head, Business Development

Olawole Temitope Olanrewaju is a graduate of Business Administration from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Bagged MBA in General Management from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. He started his banking career with the then NBM Bank about 17 years ago with NBM Bank. NBM Bank Latter came together in 2006 to form Sterling Bank Plc.

He had a stint of Administrative work and Human resources before becoming a marketer along the line. Managed a couple of branches before he exited in 2011. He later joined CIGL Group in 2014 as a Trade Finance marketer and later was redeployed to its Microfinance subsidiary, and presently the Assistant General Manager of the Bank.He is happily married with children.

Obijuru Michael Ugochukwu

Obijuru Michael Ugochukwu | HEAD, Small to Medium Enterprise (SME).

Michael, is a seasoned marketer with over 12 years work experience with proven track record in both commercial and Microfinance banking. He studied Food Science and Technology at Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri.

Michael, started his banking career in the now defunct Oceanic bank as a relationship officer, then Ecobank Nig Ltd before joining Accion Microfinance bank as a Commercial Supervisor before he became a Branch Manager covering two branches. He has over the years acquired relevant experiences and knowledge in retail/consumer, corporate banking and foreign trade etc.

He is presently; the Head, Small to Medium Enterprise in CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd. An institution considered the fastest growing in market share in the Microfinance space. Michael is a member of the Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), member of Nigeria institute of Management (NIM). A Certified Safety professional.

Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu

Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu | Head, Consumer Loan Desk (Public & Private Sector)

Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu is a versatile banker with over 15 years experience in both Commercial and Microfinance sectors. She started her banking career as a Teller in a commercial bank, and rose through the ranks to the position of Head of Operations.

In quest for knowledge and in fulfillment of her desire to be a seasoned banker, she willingly opted for a higher challenge by moving to the Business Development Department of banking. This decision has paved way for tremendous growth in her career.

Mrs Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu is a certified Microfinance Practitioner with a BSc Economic from Abia State University Uturu. She is presently the Head, Consumer Loan Desk (Public and Private Sector).

Michael Abegunde | Head, Banking Operations

Michael Abegunde is a seasoned banker with over 11 year’s cognate experience across commercial and Microfinance banking sectors. He began his career with Wema Bank Plc, where he gained vital exposure to transactions processing, cash management, funds transfer and other retail banking operations.

As Head of the Operations and management team of Purple Money Microfinance Bank Limited, Michael drove the operational success by leveraging on the IT solutions to simplify the transaction processing and also built the POS transactions of the bank from turnover of less than N100,000 to N50,000,000 within 2 years.

He is a certified Microfinance banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and holds a Bachelor’s degree and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State University Ojo and Osun State Polytechnic respectively.

He joined CIT Microfinance Bank in 2019 as Head, Banking Operations.

Friday Oteikwu | Legal Adviser

Friday Oteikwu is the Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Capitalfield Investment Group Limited. He joined the Company in November 2019.

He provides advice and counsel to the Company and its Subsidiaries Board of Directors and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Capitalfield, he worked at the law firm of Synergy Law Partnership as Head of Practice between 2015 and 2019.

Oteikwu is a highly motivated and hardworking solicitor with experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law and criminal litigation.

Oteikwu obtained his LLB from the prestigious University of Maiduguri. He went on to obtain his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in February, 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
